Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

14-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Please do not ship items back without authorization. To start a return, email us at info@cozyzys.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and the correct return address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost, or offer a free replacement / full refund without requiring a return, depending on the situation. Please include photos of the issue in your email.
  • Change of mind / no longer needed: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@cozyzys.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return required in most cases.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as such on the product page)
