Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
  • Standard shipping: delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Shipping costs for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email once the package ships. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

We currently ship to the United States and most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at info@cozyzys.com.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us and we will investigate, reship, or refund your order.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us at info@cozyzys.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us — we will work with you to resolve the issue.
