Where is my order?

After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email from Cozy Home containing your tracking number. Click the tracking link in the email or visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number. Your package is on its way!

If you haven't received a tracking email after 3-5 business days, please check your spam folder. Still can't find it? Email us at info@cozyzys.com with your order number and we'll help you locate it.

How do I return or exchange?

If it does not fit, we shall help you find what the heart adores.
We wish every piece you keep to be a cherished love. Should you wish to return or exchange, abide by these gentle terms:
Time’s gentle limit: Tell us within 14 days of delivery. Ensure items remain untouched, pristine, and adorned with their original tags and packaging.
Begin the journey: Email request@cozyzys.comwith your order number and reason for return—we shall listen.
On shipping back: Unless stated otherwise, return postage is typically your care. Keep your mailing proof until we greet the parcel.
Processing and refunds: Upon receipt, grant us 5 business days to examine. Once confirmed, refunds return to your account within 1 day; for exchanges, we shall send the new treasure without delay.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination:

• Southeast Asia: 7-15 business days
• North America / Europe: 15-25 business days
